After much thought, I have made the difficult decision to close Jacksonville Cookie Company and begin a new chapter in life called retirement.
What started in 2020 as a home-based cottage bakery quickly became so much more than I ever imagined. Over the years, I have had the privilege of creating custom cookies for weddings, baby showers, birthdays, corporate events, holidays, and countless other special celebrations. Being trusted to contribute a small piece to so many meaningful moments has been an honor that I will always cherish.
To every client who placed an order, shared a recommendation, liked a post, or supported my business in any way—thank you. Your trust, kindness, encouragement, and loyalty have meant the world to me. Because of you, Jacksonville Cookie Company grew from a hobby into something truly special.
While it is bittersweet to say goodbye, I am deeply grateful for the friendships, memories, and opportunities this journey has brought into my life. I will always look back on these years with a full heart.
